BacktoFrankBlack: Millennium Group Sessions 07 – Omerta Pt 2

In the seventh episode in the Millennium Group Sessions series, Troy and Jim speak to Omerta guest star Jon Polito (Homicide: Life On The Street, Miller’s Crossing, The Big Nothing) and talk about his prolific career and his love for Millennium. It’s a fun, informative and charming interview. Expect an abridged version on the blog in the future along with a great hi-res image of Jon on set.

Also, Millennium Group Sessions #7 has more news, updates and informal chat with your hosts Troy Foreman and Jim McLean.

This free podcast is available on a fortnightly basis via ITUNES and BacktoFrankBlack.com. We’ll naturally update you all on information on the podcast from this blog as well.

Finally – apologies on a few bad links we’ve had on Klea Scott’s interview – a compounded problem caused by a few file name repairs made in the server folder. Sorry for the inconvenience – my bad – and sorry to Klea! 🙂 All fine now!

  5. Hey James and Troy,Another great episode of the podcast. You guys are really doing a fantastic time with everything! Enjoyed the interview with Jon very much, loved his character, he was just one of those bad guys you just had to love! 🙂 Should I say bad guys or wise guys? lol I think the two girls were faries because they lived in the woods and the trees. Just my opinion and they had magical powers. Loved the little banter at the end of the podcast between you two kinda like the banter between Frank and I in our new episode when we talk about CSI and CIS.lol Love the show and really enjoy listening to it right after I listen to ours! haha Take care and keep up the good work! :)And James you do a fantastic job with the enhanced version of the podcast, love seeing what pics you put in there. 🙂 Thanks for taking the time out to bring us a good quality podcasst!

  7. Gah, the humiliation of having the guest actually prompt me back onto topic! 🙂 Some interviewer! :DHonestly, I'm very happy with the interview, we got to start and end with Millennium and covered some real highlights of his career! Super!

  12. Another great interview. Thanks guys!P.S., I agree with Troy that the X-Files episode did not provide closure. While I think it works okay as an X-files show, the tone of Millenium andthe character were sidelined, but it's better than nothing. In addition,Jim's comment regarding closure for the group and bringing back Frank (andmaybe Watts) is terrific. This is a terrific plan, which sidestepscomplicated background exposition for new audiences, reconciling continuity, etc. Plus, the group was not, for me, one of the more interesting thingsabout the show. Instead it was Frank in relation to the group, and that mayhave been explored enough in the 3 seasons we are lucky to have. Here's hoping for more. Thanks for the hard work as usual. This is a reallyprofessional sounding and paced podcast, something that becomes more clearas people send me other various things to check out. Your efforts are ahighlight of many of our weeks. Another Spooktalkular visit is alwayswelcome as well.
